staff was nice but waitress told me they didnt feel comfortable serving me because the kitchen is small. They were very nice and the manager said the same thing! We went down the street to Lapis instead & had a great dinner experience.

I had two great experiences eating in the roof last fall and this spring. I ordered sushi and felt very safe.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I returned a few weeks ago and ate inside. The server and the manager nearly refused to serve me any food. The server said I couldn’t eat anything from the kitchen (off the non-sushi menu) because it was too small of a kitchen —they could make it safe for a gluten allergy, but not celiac. So I ordered off the sushi menu and then manager came over and told me I was taking a risk eating there.
I understand that restaurants want to CYA, but they shouldn’t label their menu with Gluten Free and then make patrons with that dietary restriction feel bad for eating there.

Easily one of my all time favorite places to go. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is amazing. The food is unreal. Steak fried rice is my favorite food and it was heartbreaking to think I could never get it again. But this place made it possible. Highly recommend.

As soon as I said that I have celiac disease when handing in our sushi selections the waiter made sure we had only picked GF options, handed us tamari, and noted that they can’t guarantee seaweed hasn’t had cross contact. This immediate understanding of my needs was comforting as someone newly diagnosed and not yet comfortable asking all the necessary questions.

Been going here just about every week for months on end. Amazing food. They're conscious about cross-contamination if you let your waiter know and have gluten-free soy sauce. Highly recommend. Have never been glutened.

Honestly, I’ve been coming here since before the pandemic and they have never disappointed!! Staff is very knowledgeable about what to avoid and what’s available (thankfully a whole lot is available!). Really recommend this spot!

They have gluten free soy sauce and check on each item if you make it clear you can’t have gluten. Most sushi are fine, but not the flying fish roe (marinade).

I had a lovely meal at Perry's. The waitress was extremely kind and well informed about gluten free items. She took the time to circle gf items on the menu and even wrote out substitutions. I felt great after eating there.

Amazing sushi, server Raul was extremely knowledgeable about what dishes have gluten, corrected me when I asked about dishes that had gluten, and made suggestions for substitutions. Fish tasted extremely fresh and tasted amazing
