Seemed very aware re good protocols. Had chicken lettuce wraps, fried rice and Mongolian beef with no issue. Also ordered spicy chicken which was great but found a stray noodle in it which was concerning (celiac in our group did not eat the chicken due to spice - thankfully - but speaks to issues re cross contamination).

Great food! Gf menu. Serve you seperate gf soya sauce. Very tasty. Will return. Only downfall is the dessert - typical chocolate. I always hope for a restaurant that serves something different for dessert.

Have eaten here several times. Food is always good. May have had a mild reaction one time when they were extremely busy.
Great GF menu. Lots to try and all super tasty.

Dedicated gluten free menu make it easy to order and you don't have to torture the server by asking tons of questions about what does and doesn't have gluten.
Knowledgeable and safe

I ate here last week and it was delicious. It is always great to go to a place that gives you a real menu and doesn't treat you like you are a pain because you have special dining needs. No tummy troubles either!

Have eaten at PF Chang's many times and always enjoy the GF menu.
Good food fun location
Me and my husband used PF Chang's as our only safe option to eat out due to their gf protocols. The last time we ordered meals to go. When we got home my husband's food was luckily labeled (is not labeled every time we order) but had a mystery fried food in the dish. We called to let the manager know and she tried to tell us it was fine. I advised her it was not and likely won't be back due to trust issues. He had 2 bites but no reaction so that's good.

Good selection of Chinese gluten free options. GF soy sauce. I have never had a reaction at a P F Changs. I really like the beef and broccoli, the shrimp fried rice and chicken lettuce wraps.
