There was some gluten containing item in a food item I ordered after specifying my need to be gluten free

Not knowledgeable on gluten.

Pork spring roll had a piece of wheat flour roll stuffed into it :/

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

All the pho here is gluten free, we (my fiancée who is also a celiac) and I eat here multiple times a week as well can walk here from our house.

We bring our own hoisin sauce as they don't have any gluten free ones in the establishment. However they do have Sriracha.

Staff is very friendly, and service is always quick.

10/10 recommend.
