Server seemed to know what I meant that I have celiac and needed to eat gluten free. Pho tai (rare beef) was great and I did not get sick!

The waiter seemed extremely aware of how to handle a gluten issue. He assured us that only rice-based products go in the fryer, so fried things were safe. He also warned us that he could not guarantee the tofu was gluten free because wheat might get mixed in with the soybeans before it was processed, but we've never had an issue with tofu before so decided to risk it. They made alterations as needed to meet all our dietary requirements, and were pleasant about it. Recommended.

There is no separate gluten-free menu, but all of the pho is gluten-free and some of the entrees are also gluten-free. The server double-checked with the chef before telling me what I could eat. You won't be able to eat the soy sauce or the hoisin sauce, but you can add siracha sauce to your bowl of pho, and you are responsible for all sauces added. A reasonable price for a decently large bowl of tasty pho!
