The staff was knowledgeable about gf and the precautions they take to make (as much as possible) that you are safe when eating there. I had the grilled chicken on gf bread. They use gf pie crust for the bread. They can make most pizzas gf. I will go back and try the pizza. The wings are safe - not fried.

Unfortunately when I went here I was given a sandwich made on non-gf bread after specifically saying I had a severe gluten allergy and to please mark my food as celiac and allergy. Luckily I knew it looked too good to be true and didn’t eat it or I would’ve been very sick. Even the gf version made me mildly sick though

I’m reading the reviews for people with celiacs disease and I’m not sure that some people understand... they’re writing about reactions after eating. The only reaction you’d feel would really be tummy problems. That should be the least of your concerns if you’re a celiac, you should be worried about the damage to your intestine that you can’t feel immediately. If there’s a gluten free pizza cooked in the same kitchen, same space, same pans and same ovens as the regular pizza, you may as well eat a regular pizza.
Firstly, thank you to everyone here who mentioned the gluten free pizza is a square shape. That is a really nice way to visually see they heard my order through my mask correctly.
Pizza was great and they answered questions. I had.

Best crust I’ve EVER had! So soft and fluffy- doesn’t taste GF but you know it is because they make their gluten frees square instead of a circle. Pricey but you actually get a good amount of food.

Their crust is amazing and they are very knowledgeable and considerate about gluten free and able to answer any questions.

Call ahead. They were out of gf crust when we went.
Good GF pizza. In addition to the things everyone else has pointed out in their reviews so far, the GF pizza is a different shape (square) than everyone else's pizza, so it's one additional way to visibly ease my stress when they bring my food out so I don't need to confirm with them again that yes, this is indeed GF. I enjoyed my pizza and will likely be back.

Really good. And when I say really good, I mean REALLY good. Excellent staff, everyone was super sweet and friendly. Even got to meet the owner who came up to our table and chatted for a bit. The atmosphere was sweet, reminded me of dragon kings daughter and impellizzeris combined. The pizza was delicious. My family and I are severe celiacs. We ordered the pizza just saying we'd like it gluten free and didnt mention being celiacs. Came out feeling full and untouched by gluten♥
Gluten free pizza crust, topped with caprese and balsamic reduction...so, so good!
Also, Caeser salad is gluten free when you ask for no crutons.

Staff new immediately what celiac meant and made sure to let me know:
- they have a dedicated oven shelf for just GF pizza
- they have a designated pizza cutter only for GF pizza
- all the beers/ciders that were 100% GF, not gluten reduced
- they made sure to let me know they do obviously have flour in the kitchen but they do take extreme precautions to keep it separate from all the GF options
So thankful for this spot in Birmingham!

Some of the best gluten free pizza out there!!!!

Absolutely the best gluten free pizza ever!
The GF crust was very good! I liked getting a thicker crust instead of the thin soft UDIs crust that most places use. Will absolutely come again if back in this area.

My family and I were at another pizza place and they ran out of GF crust. We were headed to another location and happened on Pies and Pints. The pizza is fantastic!! Usually GF crusts are thin and small but the crust was nice and thick and has a great flavor. I actually get to take home leftover pizza!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the kitchen is not celiac approved but I have had no reaction.
Great new restaurant in Birmingham! The staff took my allergy seriously and they were excited to tell me about all they had to offer for those needing GF! I had the GF pie my first visit and loved the crust! I did not have a reaction to anything and went back to have the wings (also no reaction!) the staff took great care of my food and made sure I was happy with the selection! Highly recommend you try if you can!

I had a great experience here. Our server was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and explained that while that couldn’t guarantee 100% gluten free environment they would do everything they could to prevent cross contamination. I had some great wings and an amazing pizza. The cider selection was varied too which was nice. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

My son just got a plain cheese pizza but he loved it so much he ordered another to go. They were careful to note this was an allergy.

At first I was skeptical. My pizza came out undercooked. The manager apologized and made a whole new pizza. It was fantastic! Service was good. Food was excellent. Best gf pizza I have ever had. Unfortunately I was staying in a hotel and not local so couldn’t take my leftovers home. I wish I lived closer.
