I’m gluten intolerant and we were looking for a place that could accommodate. When we arrived they understood the difference between gluten intolerance and celiac and were very transparent they could accommodate gluten intolerance, but were not suitable for someone who was celiac. The menu very clearly states “gluten sensitive” and NOT “gluten free “ The pizza was the the best gluten sensitive pizza I’ve ever had and the dough was amazing. 10/10 recommend if you’re gluten intolerant or gluten sensitive.

The “gluten—friendly” (whatever that is) pizza is made in the same wood-burning oven as the wheat pizzas. They have warnings on the menu. However, we’ve eaten there several times and never had an issue. The pizza is outstanding!

Lovely staff - very attentive about cross contamination risk even after I included a note with my order that I accepted the risk. The pizza is marvelous. I recommend the margarita with added sun dried tomato and basil. We also had a grilled veg salad which was great.

Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Wait staff was knowledgeable and asked about cross contamination.

I travelled the world and found the best GF pizza and non-dairy cheese options too. Service is great and pizza crust even better.

Le pâte sans gluten est faboulouse, nice et crispy, fluffy, you know like , le bon kind de fluffy.

Le fromage lastose free est patfa; un bon texture et goût effacé... c'est ça quon aime you know... + yé biologique on top of that...

Ça coûte le peau du cul mais ça vaux le pain.

Great place ! Service is quick and there are so many options, the crust is amazing ! Honestly so good. The only problem is if you want to be 100% sure there is no cross contamination this is not for you because they do make it in the same oven.

Amazing restaurant, great options and friendly staff. Can’t get better then that!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable they do their best to avoid cross contamination but do mention it is impossible to avoid in a pizza restaurant. They serve glutenburg beer as well! No issues for us but some cross contamination can be tolerated.

Best gluten free pizza crust I have ever had! Soft, airy and yummy! Server was great and asked about allergies. The gf pizzas are cooked on same surface as regular pizzas. I am intolerant not celiac so this place worked well for me.

I have a gluten sensitivity but I always explain it as an allergy to reduce risk of contamination. The waiter started arguing with me that it was not safe to eat here if I had celiac as there was a high risk for cross contamination. Pizza was delicious if you can handle a little contamination.

They were very clear in stating they couldn't guarantee GF pizza bc no separate dedicated space and flour everywhere. They take as much precaution as possible he stated. Recommended for gluten intolerance where if you had a very small amount would be ok but clear not recommended for celiac.

J'ai gouter une pizza gluten free avec du fromage vegan elle etait très bonne Je recommande Mais attention toutes les pizzas sont faits au même endroits!

Fort fort possible de contamination croisé, mais très compréhensif . Je me croise les doigts pour que tout se passe bien

Delicious gluten free pizza dough- very close to regular dough. The dough was also great warmed up in the microwave the next day.
