PLNT Burger

Was passing through here while travelling and had some time to kill between when I got here and my friend was free to pick me up. Was relieved when the manager knew exactly how to keep me safe and evern prepped my burger himself. He said this location has 2 fryers one dedicated gluten, and actually understood cross contamination.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

First of all, I only observed their practices and didn’t eat here due to high risk of cross contamination. The person running the place touched wheat burger buns, then grabbed a handful of “GF” fries with the same gloves. Also didn’t change the gloves even when they were very soiled.

They were good about telling me that the fries were in a shared fryer, they have gluten free buns and I had a burger. However, they accidentally gave me a chocolate shake with graham cracker blended in and so I got glutened
