We booked in during October and the staff and team were super helpful and amazing. They tailored the menu to cater for gluten and dairy free and best part was my tasting menu wasn't far different from everyone else's. Would really recommend.

Highly recommend. Team have excellent knowledge of coeliac disease and provided excellent gf alternatives. The tasting menus tend to be low in gluten anyway, so only a few adjustments were required to make the meal gf, so you still feel like you have the 'full expereince'. For each course, waiting staff explained dishes as they would anyway, and noted whether course was naturally gf, or if alternatives were made. Food and service in general is excellent.
