I am dairy free and shellfish allergic as well...they had on their menu listed what you can eat. Which is awesome since I get so tired of asking...can I have this no... this no. I had a salad and I got to order it my way with what toppings I wanted. It clearly states what you CAN have and what salad dressings you can have as well. No gluten free beer which wasn't a deal breaker for me. The salad was delicious and very filling! This is cafeteria style. Now if you can not even be around the smell of gluten this may not be the place only because they do offer pizza and other items in the cafeteria. With that being said the salad bar is a little distance from the pizza area with the see threw wall barrier. They do change their gloves when asked because of all my other allergens as well. I hope this review helps. They do have other gf options to drink for alcohol. I did not order any.

Located right behind the Centennial Lift in Beaver Creek. The options clearly state what is gluten free. I got brown rice with lemongrass chicken. The person I’m charge verified what sauces were gluten free and knew it off the top of his head.
Yes
Food was just ok, they were not very happy when trying to order Gluten free.
Located at the base of the slopes in beaver creek village - it has GF buns and burgers, salads and dressings, soups, chili, and beer. My celiac son loved this place.
