I’ve had a really good experience here. I am intolerant though I am not super sensitive. The workers seem very kind though and willing to help
So sad! This was a very celiac friendly spot at one time, but at my last visit the staff were poorly trained and not very nice. In the past they used all utensils for adding ingredients. On the most recent trip they had switched to using their hands to serve the grated cheese so even though they will change gloves for your order many other contaminated hands already dipped into the cheese. When I asked the employee why they started doing that since keeping things clean was an advantage they had over their nearest competition, she just shrugged.
No
I advised I had a gluten allergy. Asked if I want the "sheet" (menu showing gluten free). I said I had it pulled up on my phone. Then he grabbed a bowl asked what I wanted. Ask they change their gloves due to the allergy. He did & continued to grab the same bowl that had already been "glutened". I went ahead & just left at this point because I could tell he was not informed & there was zero safety used when handling gluten allergies

Pretty solid- like chipotle but with free guac. They changed their gloves as soon as I said I have Celiac so I didn't even have to ask :)

Enjoyed a delicious and safe bowl! The staff changed their gloves, and I used the online ingredients to know what was safe - Guac and queso were so good and portions were a good size!
