I love their food, but there’s been too many instances of my celiac friends getting contaminated food that I would not recommend it anyone who is celiac or sensitive to gluten. The Pho has especially been a huge problem for cross contamination. Even I, who doesn’t usually have a problem with trace amounts of gluten or cross contamination have gotten reactions to their food sometimes.

I’ve had mixed experiences at Quang. Eaten there probably 5 times in total?—first four experiences were fine, stuck to the gf menu, and didn’t have any problems. My last time, however, I got vegetarian pho (which I had had before as well) and spent the rest of the evening running back and forth to the restroom, clearly “glutened.” Something went awry!
as far as vegetarian options, there are two. i chose the one not labeled “spicy!!!” which is a clear veggie soup with choice of noodles (i picked the clear rice noodle). i think the only seasoning they used was salt, but like, a whole box of it. if i had to do it all over again, i would have eaten somewhere else, but my meal was generously portioned and i did not get glutened!
The waitress was awesome. Told me exactly what I could have. Mentioned the spring rolls were rice paper wrapped but they use flour to seal them. So nice to ask what is GF and not get the look.
Yes
Staff was pretty rude and service dismal, but their pho is identified as GF on the menu so I felt pretty safe eating there. And when you're sick, you need pho and I'm hesitant to trust most pho places. And their pho is excellent, just be prepared for lousy service, especially if you ask them about GF.
Yes
Love the pho!!! The menu is straight forward. Be mindful of you GF knowledge when it comes to the sauces. Bring your own GF soy sauce and GF hoisin sauce.
Great pho, gf menu
Good Vietnamese food. Some of the waitstaff couldn't understand me but it didn't really matter because of the gf identifiers on the menu. No gf soy sauce available.
