Hands down, best gluten free meal I have ever had!
I tend to give any place that is halfway decent and doesn't make me sick five stars, but this is truly my favorite restaurant. Avanti (the "food collective" that houses Quiero Arepas) is bougie AF, but it is so worth it for delicious arepas with plantains. They also have amazing passion fruit and watermelon juices, and fresh young coconut water served in the coconut! Try the Pabellon.

So delicious! And we can eat there confidently because everything is gluten free! My favorite thing to order is the queso arepa.

Food was excellent!!!!!!!!!!! My party of three each ordered something different and all three dishes were amazing. Felt good knowing that it was a completely gluten free restaurant (food truck) and that my celiac daughter would be safe. Highly recommend!!!

The first certified glutenfree truck in the nation, Quiero Arepas serves up locally sourced and seasonal Venezuelan arepas, or ground cornmeal flatbread sandwiches. The truck features a plethora of stuffings, from their El Caribe smoked salmon with capers, avocado and cream cheese, to L'Italiana arepa, made with mozzarella, tomato, provolone and mixed greens. This truck is a must-visit in Denver.
Amazing!

An entire truck that is CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE!?! "Someone pinch me" I thought. The great thing about these guys is that it's all traditional food that happens to be gf. I had never tried a plantain until I had my first arepa. Track these guys down!
Amazing Venezuelan arepas! This is what I grew up with!
