The service was great! They seemed very confident in being able to provide gluten free food to someone with celiac. We ordered the house made ravioli with creamy marinara and a regular GF crust pizza. I asked all the usual questions such as do they put GF pasta into the same water as gluten pasta and they said no. The pizza process threw up some red flags. They use the same line ingredients for both GF and gluten containing pizzas and cook them in the same oven but GF pizzas are on their own pans. Normally we wouldn't chance this but I read so many reviews of people with celiac eating here without issue that I went against my better judgment. I am also gluten sensitive. Both my celiac son and myself experienced symptoms of gluten intake. The symptoms weren't severe so I do believe it was a cross contamination issue vs a blatant mistake. Sad that it didn't work out for us to feel comfortable going there next time we visit Seattle.
