They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, but NOT a dedicated gluten free griddle. They do offer gluten free buns, but if you are very sensitive to cross contamination, the burgers are a no go. I got truffle fries, boneless chicken wings, and buffalo cauliflower. All made in the gluten free fryer. I had no reaction and everything was delicious! The server was very careful about noting that I had celiac and was very helpful.

My son has a gluten/wheat allergy so we would quickly know if there was any cross contamination or gluten in his meal, but we have never had an issue. They have a dedicated gluten free frier and their food is delicious!

Staff was super friendly and very knowledgable about what was Celiac Safe. Dedicated fryer, gluten free buns, gluten free bread. Mark the order as gluten allergy when sending to kitchen. There were also vegetarian options which was great for us.
