The staff are consistently well informed about what constitutes a gluten free diet. They mark all items that are gluten free from the kitchen with a purple food stick to let the staff know it's an allergy friendly item and to be careful. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer. Our son loves going here because of the food and the atmosphere. Kid friendly for sure!!

Wonderful experience!! They have an electronic gluten free menu and there were so many options! I had the clam chowder soup and it was AMAZING!

The staff was great and didn’t make me feel like a burden. Everyone including the hostesses were extremely knowledgeable about their gluten free menu, and their endless fries have their own fryer! Gluten free buns are delicious!

I am always treated well at this location. I once had a waitress who told me all the fries were gf but when I protested she went and asked. Came back and profusely apologized as she had been at a location formerly where this was true (but not here) but I wasn't upset as she took the time to double check.

Red Robin has stepped up in this location. The menu is pretty extensive and the options are pretty easy to swap out. Their gluten free menu is electronic and, unlike so many other gluten free menus in the area, it will tell you exactly what you're getting. You can pick beteen a bun and lettuce wrap and they even have a dedicated gluten free fryer for the fries. I've never gotten sick there. Quite impressive for a burger joint.

Awesome. I've been to other Red Robin restaurants and this one is much better. You tell them you want to order gluten free and they tell you exactly how they will be preparing your food in a dedicated preparation area. They even have a dedicated fryer for fries. All the staff is familiar with gluten-free food handling. They bring your food out separately so your food doesn't get contaminated with your other guests. They even have UDI's gluten free buns for a dollar extra.

Got food poisoning for the first time in my life at the one in Kenosha off of a gluten free salad option. While they may offer some gluten free options, I could never eat here again.

We have eaten here three times in the last six weeks. I'm super sensitive and didn't get sick. The burgers and fries were very good. Please always remember that you need to be specific and PLEASE be your own best advocate with your server. Double check when you order and when you receive your food ....EVERYWHERE.

Even though there were options for gluten-free bread, I wanted fries more than the bread and I didn’t need both. I got the impossible burger and although I would’ve loved another option for a sauce like mayo and cheese, they didn’t have vegan options, but it was delicious and came out with purple sticks to mark celiac safe and I had no reaction! It was all really good!

They were so helpful when I spoke to them about my situation. I was able to enjoy a great meal with zero stress. The safe food is delivered with purple sticks and I was so grateful everything was clear. I will be back again for sure.

I eat here all the time and have never had an issue!! I was there literally last night and when I explicitly tell my server that I have celiac and cross contact is not ok they know what to do! They tell me if the dedicated fryer (yes dedicated! For all your French fry needs) has been compromised, they always mark my food GF, they have GF buns (I prefer the lettuce wrap personally) and even have a QR code for you to personalize the menu with what you can and can’t have so you know what foods are safe at your specific location. I can say that as far as chains go, Red Robin has it down. Or at least this location does!
