Not good for celiac, probably fine for non-celiac. Called ahead to ask about cross-contamination. The head chef was very helpful in explaining that they make dough and bread from scratch in the kitchen, that flour gets everywhere, and they do not have a dedicated fryer - he recommends that celiac people eat elsewhere. The gluten-free options on the menu look delicious, however! For someone who is not celiac, I have heard very good reviews of the food here!

This is the restaurant inside the Fairmont Austin. We stayed here for 5 days and I have breakfast here each day. The breakfast buffet had fruit, cheese and one type of gluten free muffin each day. I ordered the atxbenny, eggs Benedict, on gluten free toast and it was delicious. I did ask to make sure they use a separate toaster, they do. The gluten free muffins were great!
