Two menu items gluten free. Not aware of a seperate food preparation area

So disappointed. Roll’d are usually helpful. Today I was almost shamed by the chef for asking questions. The big message here is coeliacs are an annoyance. I asked if they could make chicken Pho gluten free for me. They said they could switch the noodles for rice noodles but their kitchen handles gluten food. I said if you’re careful it will be ok. Then I was told they ‘might’ use the same noodle water for other food. So I asked about the rice paper rolls. The front staff had no idea which were gf. Back to the unhelpful chef who just wanted me to leave. It was a horrible experience. I’ll be writing to the company. Brisbane domestic airport is almost impossible to get gf. My airline (Qantas) does not serve gf food on domestic flights. Desperate hungry times!
