Just wonderful. My partner and I both ordered curries, and they were perfect — flavorful, warm and creamy. The menu is very clear about gluten-free options (among other allergens), and noted that cross-contact would only be an issue for those with nut allergies. It was so nice to see a truly beautiful way to note allergen information — the menus were really so pleasing to look at. This has been the case at many places across Ireland but it was especially true at Saba. Staff was welcoming and noted that the dishes were gluten-free upon serving them. Oh, and they have what is now my favorite (Celiac-safe, noted on the bottle’s label) cider, Stonewell. Highly recommend.

Very nice Thai restaurant. The menu clearly states the allergens and puts a GF sign next to the gluten-free dishes. The staff is very nice and well informed. They told me that they cook the gf meals separately and are extremely careful when it comes to cross-contamination. The kitchen even prepares gf fried onions that are fried separately.
