Wouldn't recommend for Celiac. Usually tapas are more GF friendly and so I informed my server of a wheat allergy and asked her to let us know if any of the dishes could not be made gluten free. Our second dish (mushrooms) came out on toast and we had to flag to her. We then were informed that several other dishes we ordered (ajo Blanco, asparagus with romesco) also contained gluten. The tortilla seemed to be ok as well as the gambas without the bread, but very limited knowledge of Celiac options and didn't feel confident eating there.
