Excellent, staff is knowledgeable and able to modify things to make it dairy free also. I had the bison. So good.

My spouse ordered the open face Bison Bannock and Smoked Salmon (Lox) with cream cheese and capers. The price was very reasonable. They had GF Bannock (like a biscuit). The bison Bannock was extremely good, most and tender shredded with a rich tasty gravy. The server was very aware of GF and asked if my spouse was Celiac.
