Review of Saltgrass Steak House

My review is solely based off of the food available. The ridiculous weight time (45min became 2hr), no one answered the phone to make reservations, rude hostess, website didn’t support reservations, then told we need reservations…none of that is reflected in rating.

They do have a GF menu and it has plenty of selections. Our server, Gino, was knowledgeable and on it. Honestly, between Gino and the dinner, we quickly forgave the wait. I had the Range Rattlers appetizer, 12oz Ribeye, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. All delicious! I was not glutened. Bonus: Good drinks and nice wine selection.
