Their app accepts orders for gluten free food when it's not available. Waste of time. Was offered normal chips instead which is very frustrating

Sams are amazing with knowledge about coeliac, dedicate prep area, fryers, ingredients, they do recommend you call them beforehand to make sure they have gluten free buns etc in stock BUT I highly recommend them 100% safe
