While Saskatoon Steaks Fish and Wild Game does not have a dedicated gluten-free, the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our server showed us which appetizer and meal options that were gluten-free and brought out gluten-free rolls (that were delicious). I usually wouldn’t order desserts, but I came here for my birthday. None of the regular menu desserts were gluten-free, but (since it was my birthday) they offered to make me a paleo brownie with cookies and ice cream. I immediately accepted. It was amazing. Best birthday surprise.

Service was excellent. Julio steered us away from the menu items with gluten and brought out GF bread.

When I stated I had a gluten allergy, the server immediately asked if it was Celiacs and went over all of my options including bread. Most of their meats are gluten free and they advised me to avoid the sauces. He stated that while many of the sauces are gluten free, for a celiac, they advise avoiding them. When the table ordered appetizers, he told me which ones were gluten free, and which to avoid. He was incrediably helpful and clear on what I could and could not eat. So while the menu is not marked for Gluten free, the establishment is very knowledgeable and communicative. The food was also delicious and they also cater to paleo.
