Review of Schlotzsky's

Arrived at 7:00pm, sign on website and on door state open till 9:00pm with no explanation as to why the doors were locked and dining area closed. Drive through was open though, but with a line. Having small children and just coming off the interstate while driving long distance needing a sit down restaurant and having had to drive across town from the exit, we were not able to even eat there. Very unprofessional.
