Whenever I’m in Long Island and aren’t sure where to grab lunch or dinner, I usually end up here. They offer a decent amount of gf options and can make some plates gf upon request. The servers also seem knowledgeable on the topic and have been helpful every time.
Of the times I’ve been here, I have only been glutened once and it was on an extremely packed day. As I’ve recently learned, even restaurants that are typically safe have a higher chance of cross contamination when they’re busy. So, while I recommend the food, I also strongly recommend coming when the restaurant is not busy. If there’s almost no seating then look elsewhere, especially if you’re celiac.
