I came here on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. When I asked for the gluten free bun they asked if i was allergic and said they then clean everything off and have a special procedure. I wasn’t sick.
Yes
No gluten free bun available, no apology and no substitute offered. If we could have gone somewhere else, we would have done but on a Sunday in this part of D.C., not much is open.
They truly did try to accommodate me and gave me a burger with no bun, they made clear they couldn't ensure absolute safety because of cross contamination and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, although I used to love Shake Shack prior to allergies it is not a place I can confidently recommend to others with sensitivities/ allergies/ celiacs.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
fries not GF, the veggie burger (portobello mushroom) not GF, yummy shakes
No gluten free buns but they do a lettuce wrap.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.

Had a GF shake shack. They suggest that you tell the team your allergens instead of just adding a GF bun using the automated POS

Menu is digital, allows you to specify allergies.
