Standard Shake Shack, lettuce wraps available, can't have the mushroom burger because it's fried, but for a basic cheese burger lettuce wrap it's quick and yummy.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.

Allergy entered on menu, Burger on Lettuce wrap tested with nima tester came back gluten found. Manager apologized and had Manager remake.
Menu is digital, allows you to specify allergies.
Not much is Gluten free though.
