The gluten free hamburger is very tasty but it is the only thing you can eat here. The fries are fried in the same fryer as the breaded chicken so they are cross contaminated. The milkshakes don’t mention gluten but they have upset my stomach when I tried them and I don’t have issues with dairy so I think the milkshakes have some gluten in them. Stick to the burger and you will be fine.

There is not a dedicated fryer and the GF buns are cross contaminated with the wheat buns. Not safe for celiacs.
No
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
They do not have a gluten free fryer so fries are out and they don’t have chips. So there are no GF sides available. But they seem to really be knowledgeable about gluten and allergies, so I felt good about getting my burger on a GF bun. The burger was really tasty but it was also pricey. They don’t have a lot of burger toppings to choose from. May not be for everyone, but I’m sure I’ll go back. The kids and my partner who are not GF really enjoyed the fries and the chicken bites. But I couldn’t share in them.
Amazing food ! They are very good about making sure you’re meal is gluten free, they have a separate fryer for the fries & a separate area to prepare the gluten free food ! I haven’t gotten sick here yet & I here a lot

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.

Had a GF shake shack. They suggest that you tell the team your allergens instead of just adding a GF bun using the automated POS

Allergy entered on menu, Burger on Lettuce wrap tested with nima tester came back gluten found. Manager apologized and had Manager remake.
Menu is digital, allows you to specify allergies.
Not much is Gluten free though.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate chip fryer but suspect there was not…
