Burgers are great. The fryer is dedicated BUT they filter the oil with a machine that handles the breaded chicken onion etc. I had symptoms.

I feel safe here. The burgers are as good as I’ve had, even though they’re thin. I have never had such delicious gluten free buns-no off taste and normal texture. I asked and they’re Italian Bakery brand. Separate fryer for the fries, though they are designated “gluten friendly”. Food was brought out separately and server specifically stated it was gluten free. Staff seemed knowledgeable. I only get burger and fries here so I can’t speak to other items.

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Will clean area and change gloves. Fantastic burgers and was able to eat fries. Fryer doesn’t share with breaded products. My first goto place every time I come to Henderson

All you can get that is safe is the hamburger. Fries and shakes are subject to contamination.
I love that my order taker was very knowledgeable about proper procedures and cc. Anytime we want a hamburger, this is our go to! They have gf buns, dedicated fryer. Their menu is clearly labeled.

The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! My Celiac son's food was handled with care.
Staff was very knowledgeable. When told I had celiac, they told me the kitchen staff change their gloves, clean the prep area, and take fresh food from the back. No fries as they are fried in a shared fryer, but the GF hamburger bun was deliciously soft. Great experience!

Burger was amazing! I didn’t get sick but sure wish the Fries were safe to eat. Definitely will go back soon!

Wow, probably the most knowledgeable staff I have encountered.

Very knowledgeable staff including celiac and cross contamination issues; delicious burgers and shakes!

Best hamburger bun. Very good!
Fries are not GF for celiacs, but are fine for GF sensitive. Burger was great, they took excellent precautions.

The guy asked if my gluten free request was a preference or an allergy. After he said that, I felt this place took it seriously. I got a GF burger for my little girl. When they called me up to pick up my order, the manager told me how carefully they prepared my daughter's hamburger. They also put it in a separate tray so it wouldn't touch the other food I ordered. She loved it! Unfortunately, the French fries shared the same fryer.

No gluten free buns but they do a lettuce wrap.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.

Had a GF shake shack. They suggest that you tell the team your allergens instead of just adding a GF bun using the automated POS

Allergy entered on menu, Burger on Lettuce wrap tested with nima tester came back gluten found. Manager apologized and had Manager remake.
Menu is digital, allows you to specify allergies.
Not much is Gluten free though.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate chip fryer but suspect there was not…
