I've had great experiences at this location of Shake Shack. They have a gluten-free bun, and they will activate an allergy protocol to prepare your burger. I make sure to order at the register with a real person at the counter (not one of the self checkout computers at the entrance) so I can explain what I need and ask questions. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
The fryer is shared, so I haven't gotten fries. And the Shacksauce has both spices and natural flavors, with no indication of gluten-free or not, so I skip that and just use ketchup. They have an allergen list online, so I double check that to be sure.
I loved Shake Shack before diagnosis, and it's delightful to still get to enjoy it!

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.

Had a GF shake shack. They suggest that you tell the team your allergens instead of just adding a GF bun using the automated POS

Allergy entered on menu, Burger on Lettuce wrap tested with nima tester came back gluten found. Manager apologized and had Manager remake.
Menu is digital, allows you to specify allergies.
Not much is Gluten free though.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate chip fryer but suspect there was not…
