waiter knew about Celiac and was nice/knowledgeable, some of the GF dishes come with pita (told waiter no pita) and the chicken shawarma she said had a seasoning that had gluten in it so she told the kitchen no seasoning. also the fryer is shared so fried stuff (falafel) isn’t safe although it might be labeled GF on the menu. felt great after!

barely any gf options and good but overpriced food. menu is marked but there’s about 3 dishes for brunch and you have to leave out bread and there is no substitute.

Nice food/vibe, but another frustrating experience in NYC. Had very high expectations after pre-confirming with restaurant they could accommodate celiac. Then at brunch they were alarmed by “cross contamination”, and I had to explain what I needed (“just cook it with a clean spoon!”). Ended up fine. Shakshuka was OK. Ultimately, again like most NYC restaurants, not set up to deal with allergies/celiac.
