Boils are gluten free, beware many side items are not gluten free and staff is not very knowledgeable. Stick to the boils and the safer choices.

When I asked the waitress for a GF menu, she said nothing in the restaurant is GF. I asked for a manager and he had to go check the allergy book or something but eventually came back over and said all the boils and sauces are GF. He also went back to the kitchen to make sure there was a clean pot without butter because I also have a dairy allergy.
The boils are for at least 2 people and then you can add extra meat. We split it between 3 and there was plenty. Just be prepared to eat off the table (no plates) and with your hands (no silverware). They do offer gloves. You also have to take the heads/tails/body off the shrimp and peel them, the crab legs you have to crack and pull the meat out.

I was told all the boils were safe, and the sauces were gfree. The obvious items are not gfree, but when you're there for crab, that is totally fine! I fully enjoyed my boil (got the trinity sauce and my friend got the garlic and they were both amazing!) They aren't kidding when they say, spicy is spicy, so if you're sensitive to spicy, don't be ashamed to go with a 0, because the Cajun seasonings in the sauce alone give it a kick! 😊 Everything was delicious!
