Excellent brunch place. Many options and the BEST gf pancakes I’ve ever tasted. Light, fluffy and different flavors. The blueberry crumble & pineapple upside down pancakes were my favorites! Worth a 2hr drive for me.

This makes me so sad to review. Snooze has been my go to breakfast place for 10 years. First in Fort Collins, then Scottsdale and now Charlotte. Yesterday I had my regular egg whites and veggies with chicken sausage. I always share a pancake flight with my son who also has to eat GF. It came out labeled GF. I got sick and it was an ugly sick. This was not cross contamination. This was ingestion. I wish people who prepared food understood how sick we get when food is mishandled/ labeled. We trust you all to be GF when you say you are.

This place can have the 1 star only because the manager or asst manager came to the table. Honestly was so pissed I don't recall his name but think it was Daniel. To start the waitress was rude and snarky as hell. I have Celiacs therefore I must eat gluten free. She could not provide any definitive answers to my questions on how it's prepared, whats in it etc. I lost faith right there with this place. I asked for the toast on the side and said because obviously I cannot eat it but my friend would. Took forever for the food to come and when it did the toast was on top of everything! Told the other server about not being able to eat and why (I get deathly ill for near 2 weeks and bed ridden most of it). Again, faith is beyond completely lost. But she went back to get me new food. Abt 15 min or so later the very nice management came out and said they were taking great caution on my food. I however was not even close to feeling comfortable and expressed so. I'd just take it to go and give to my bf or mother. He was very polite and extremely apologetic plus took it off our bill. But I don't still feel safe and no one will eat it now because they said it looks beyond subpar and lost faith it would taste half decent. (Soggiest crispy hashbrowns ever btw). It's difficult eating out at a lot of places with my diet restrictions as it is. It's for health reasons not a fad diet. But I won't ever reccomend this place to anyone no matter how they have to eat.

The waiter immediately asked if there were any allergies/dietary restrictions to keep in mind. most of the menu is gluten free or has gluten free alternatives. they offer gluten free toast, french toast, and pancakes. the food was great.

Fiancé and I ate here and while they asked if it was an allergy which was nice we don’t know if the message was relayed to the kitchen or if they even try to control for cross contamination because a few hours later symptoms occurred. Would not recommend if you’re very sensitive/have celiacs. Otherwise delicious lol.

Omg. This place is absolutely incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable and super accommodating. I had the hash brown bowl and it was INCREDIBLE. 10/10 would go again.

This restaurant chain is amazing for gluten-free options. Essentially, almost all of the menu is gluten-free except for, notably, the vegan pancakes. I had a sampler of three pancakes, and it was yummy! No ill effects whatsoever.

I've eaten at Snooze a number of times without issues, but I was glutened big time today. Staff are knowledgable and my pancakes came with a little gf flag. This was a reminder to me that, despite their best intentions, the possibility of cross-contamination can be low but never zero, which is why their menu calls these items gluten friendly, or some such, instead of gluten free. Today was very busy, which I suspect had something to do with it.
