Food is delicious and almost everything is gluten free! (I think just the flour tortillas for the Asian burritos aren’t)

I ordered from here and got the chicken teriyaki roll and ordered it to be gluten free. But I still got sick and had a bad reaction.

My daughter and husband have a wheat allergy. We ate here because most of the items are gluten free, even the soy sauce! We loved it, the food was great. The only reason for the 4 star is because the extra "wellness" charge on the check and the prompt to tip right away. I love to tip for great service. But when it is expected on top of a service charge, it is a little tacky IMO.

So delicious! The worker assured me off the bat the whole menu is gluten-free! My boyfriend (who eats gluten) got the shrimp fried bowl and loved it! I got the California roll and the toasted bagel roll and they were both delicious! Good quality, comparable to Crave but much more reasonable for the price!

Everything can be customized for gluten-free and other allergies. The fried bagel roll is my absolute favorite!

I ordered this through Door dash twice while dogsitting at a friend's. Pretty tasty and I didn't get sick either time.

really gree gluten free sushi with no worries. potstickers, seaweed salad and sushi burritos are all fantastic. skip the furikake if you are sensitive, a lot of brands have a "may contain wheat" warning and when I got poke with furikake I did get a reaction.

The restaurant itself has a lot of gluten free options. I got the potstickers and tofu veggie bowl, both of which were okay and I didn’t get sick. Wasn’t blown away by flavors but seemed reliable for a quick bite on a casual night!

Everything is gluten free except the wraps, noodles, and individually wrapped soy sauce packets. They’re really good about keeping the gluten items separate and I didn’t get sick (I have celiac disease).

My go to GF spot. Not only do many options, but they’re all tasty.
Repeating whatever everyone else has said. Only gluten items in kitchen are tortillas and ramen noodles (and soy sauce on tables that are labeled individually as containing gluten). Everything else 100% GF.
They also have a counter at Timberwolves arena that I go to and love!

Asian burrito, chicken teriyaki bowl, tater tots, edamame and potstickers! Yum!

So delicious. So many options. Only gluten containing things are the ramen noodles and burrito wrappers. Was so excited to get fried shrimp - the surf & turf roll is to die for!
So amazing! I order the crunchy shrimp roll from here almost every week! It’s such a relief to be able to choose from such a big sushi menu. I have never gotten sick after eating here.

Excellent. No need to worry, what a treat. On my list of favourites. Returned recently. Was wonderful for my som and I to be able to order without risk.

I’ve eaten here 4 times now and not gotten sick! They have the regular soy sauce labeled “contains gluten” on the bottle, and two other “soy sauce” options that are gluten free.
Yes
I get their sushi burritos and they’re wonderful. I’m super sensitive celiac and have never had a problem. However they do give me regular soy sauce every time which is not celiac friendly so I just don’t use it.
Yes
Have had great luck at this location, but was very disappointed just now to have regular soy sauce packed in my family's take out order, even though I am celiac and noted that in my order and specified tamari not soy sauce for each item. Disappointing when you order multiple rolls and a big order. If you order take out double check the kikkoman packs. Luckily the soy sauce was in sealed packs and I could just throw out.
Almost everything is gluten-free and they are very careful about cross contamination. We ordered 2 apps and fried rice which were pretty good, but I want to go back and try an entre. So appreciated the friendly helpful staff and the care they took!

This place is no longer a dedicated gluten free facility. They decided to add ramen noodles to their menu. Everything else is gluten free. We have eaten here many times.

Small place with expansive menu! Gluten free option for Ramen noodles. My daughter had the miso chicken ramen. I ate the spicy tuna burrito roll. It was very affordable and delicious. Most of their menu is gluten free. Staff is very informed. They use fresh crab too!
Yes
Pretty much everything on there menu is is gluten free. The crunchy shrimp roll and the California roll are my favorite. All soy sauce on the premises is gluten free as well. Enjoy!
Great variety of options. All items we ordered were delicious. Definitely will go back.
Yes
Love this place! The only thing with gluten are the ramen noodles. You can get it GF.
Yes
It was delicious but I was glutened. They claim "No gluten ingredients" but could not give me info about cross contamination of their supply, like if something is processed on the same equipment with wheat before it gets to them. It had such good reviews that I was inclined to try. I figure it was cross contamination because I wasn't hit immediately with symptoms but a few hours later and they were my trademark symptoms. Sorry but I certainly cannot recommend this to sensitive celiacs.

Paradise!! Gf potstickers? Uh yes!
Food was excellent. It's great to be able to eat out and have no worries about getting sick.

Very nice fast-casual style restaurant. No gluten ingredients used on premises, so the whole menu is fair game.

Love this place! Worry-free on the gluten front, fun concept with a menu that has something for everyone, and the food is freaking delicious! Definitely will be back!

Fantastic! Fresh. Great flavors. Delicious gluten free tempura. We will definitely return. (The entire restaurant is gluten free and peanut free.)
Amazingly good food. Very casual, like Chipotle. Asian fusion food like no other I've had, and so nice to be able to eat without worry!!!

Sushi, tater tots, shrimp tempura roll, chicken, steak, and 5 spiced pork. This place has a lot to offer and everything is gf. Counter service, fast food, every thing I've tried has been pretty good.

My family has eaten at Sotarol at least 10 times in the past few years. Almost everything is GF and the staff seems knowledgeable. Our must-haves are the potstickers, fried rice, and spicy crab and shrimp roll. There are many other rolls we enjoy but those are the items we get every time.

Almost 100% gluten free (ramen noodles are not GF). I got potstickers and the sesame chicken bowl (chicken is lightly breaded with GF bread!) did not feel sick after eating here and food was amazing!

Almost everything they sell is GF, including their potstickers, so cross-contamination isn't a problem. They have a few tables, but it's more of a take-out kind of place unless you're good with extremely casual. Their food is delicious, and I've never been sick. Love this place!

Tried this today and I liked my garden sushi burrito! Look forward to trying more items. All had the option to choose tamari/tamari packets.
Note: I emailed beforehand because there were not GF items marked on their menu. Here was the response from Sotarol: “The majority of our menu at Sotarol is gluten free. We're actually switching to a new POS system soon to better represent this.
The only items we carry that contain gluten are flour tortillas, which go on the Asian Burritos, and Ramen noodles. We do offer a gluten free Ramen though, and the Asian burritos can be made with a GF soy paper or nori. You can order every menu item gluten free.
Our sauces are house-made with tamari, the potstickers we order are gluten free, and we only use a gluten free tempura flour.”
