I was so excited to learn of this dedicated gluten free bakery opening up! The owner is celiac. I asked if she uses any flours with pea proteins (I am intolerant to legumes), and she does not! We attended the Kickstarter appreciation, and I was able to sample some of the goodies! Each item was quite yummy: Snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, and crispy rice treats. She also had what looked like lemon bars, but I did not try them. We bought cinnamon rolls and churro cupcakes for home. I overheard her telling someone else that she hopes to start making breads soon. Very grateful for this bakery!!! Hoping she does cake orders.
