The "low gluten" pizzas are made in the same oven than regular pizzas. They cook the pizzas on a tray so they do not touch the oven floor but they do not ensure that there is no cross contamination.

The staff was very kindly. But the gluten free pizza has gluten, due the cross contamination. I tested in Nima.

The pizza was delicious! I ate a genovese and my husband a pizza with sausage and salami. Both GF and they both tasted amazing. Very good crust! I was worried that I might get sick, because of some of the other reviews, but we didn’t get sick at all. I’m very sensitive, so maybe their routines are getting better:-)

We split a pizza with ricotta and chicken. it was very good. I didn't get sick but the kitchen is very small so I worried about cross contamination.

My daughter was craving pizza while we were on vacation in Miami. We asked a a few but none made us feel safe until we talked to the hostess and server at Spris. My daughter has Celiac and said it was the best pizza she has had since being diagnosed! Everyone was so helpful. They do not have a separate kitchen, but do not have raw flour around the GF crusts. She ate the whole thing and did not have any issues at all.

La pizza è squisita e la location molto carina. Da sottolineare peró che usano lo stesso forno per la pizza gluten free. Inoltre sono molto cortesi e il servizio è veloce, i prezzi giusti per essere nel centro di Miami beach. Consigliatissimo!!!

pizza was very nice but as other reviews said: the GF pizza goes in the same oven as the normal pizzas. So there is a certain risc for cross contamination.

Awesome - this place was great. Not sure if they would be safe for someone with celiac, but the pizza crust was delicious. Also had lots of salad and appetizer options. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Very good gluten free pizza, but be careful if you're sensitive because they put it in the same oven as normal pizza. I didn't seem to have an issue. Many options for toppings and a great location on Lincoln road!
