They only have one cutting board and all meat is prepped on that. Bread is stored openly above the cutting board and prep area. The employee said that nothing in there is celiac friendly but the meat and sauces are gluten free. Just heavily cross contaminated and there's basically nothing they can do about it. Too bad. I really wanted to try some.

Not a GF facility, but staff was very knowledgeable and confirmed that many menu options are gluten free. My favorite is the half chicken that I bring home and put on my GF bread.

Stan’s BBQ was great. They were pretty confident about what was gluten free and what was not. Good tasting BBQ. No reaction afterwards.

I have celiac and an allergy to soy. And we moved to the area from Austin and hadn’t tried much barbecue yet. We have this place a shot and we’re very happy. Food tasted great and I didn’t get sick. We’ll definitely be back...I was craving it the next day!

All meats are gf. I have safely eaten here multiple times.

Everything is gluten free except the bread and the meatballs. Delicious barbecue! Ribs were falling off the bone and we had trouble keeping the brisket on the fork because it was so tender.
