I have been here a couple of times and felt a little uncomfortable after, but after today’s visit I am never going back after having a severe gluten reaction. So sad, since I was obsessed over their Pho (which I would get every time I’m there). I asked multiple times if it indeed was gluten free, and they reassured me it was, well… it was not. Other items on their menu might be safe, but as I said I’ve only had the Pho and it’s not Celiac safe!

Sticky Rice is great! Everything is marked on menu and many items you can even mark “gluten allergy” if you’re ordering online. I once overheard them checking the ingredients on a new flavor for their boba and announcing to everyone it was not safe for celiacs. They are very thorough and I’ve never gotten sick here, despite eating here dozens of times.

Awesome food! Awesome service! Love it here! We're highly reactive and have never reacted. When we went last time we noticed they had paper straws. I asked if they know if they have gluten since some paper straws have gluten. They said "we don't know" and ran out and got some plastic ones for us! We always stop on the way through somewhere even though we live 4 hours away We've become regulars and they remember us. Let them know you're gfree and they walk you through them menu! Some dishes are Gluten free by request so let them know! One of my sons now has to be dairy free as well and they have coconut milk for the Boba smoothies.

Bring your appetite if you planning to eat here! My entire family is GF and loves this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu has a lot of options. Noodle bowls w/ shrimp and squid, fish sauce add Grandma’s chili oil for that extra kick. Be aware that there is limited seating and there are peak times where you might have to wait, but it is worth it!

Incredible soups and they are mindful of cross contamination, make sure you talk to them about it first though as with anywhere. Massive portions. Delicious !!

I have eaten here a bunch in the past few months and I've not ever been glutened. They will tell you what is gf and what is not. Delicious food!! Ongosh, the egg rolls are to die for!! And the servers are all family, I believe, and they're so awesome!! The one young lady gave my grandson a chopstick lesson :) I want to try every gf item on the menu. Yum!

I had lunch here with my daughters, one of which has Celiac Disease. She is highly sensitive to cross-contamination. We explained to our server about her needs, and they took AMAZING care of her. They were very knowledgeable about which menu items she could and couldn’t have, and two different servers even came by the table more than once to let her know that she couldn’t have the peanut sauce that was part of my other daughter’s dish. Outstanding service. We will be back!

This was amazing! Right off I-40. Th ry had gf egg rolls and spring rolls. Many vegetarian options as well. Service was amazing. Knowledgeable about celiac. Total win for the celiac on the road

Egg rolls were the highlight. I had the stir fried veggies but looking forward to returning to try other things. They use coconut milk so it's also dairy free. Great service and very helpful when not sure what to order. Family owned business.

Make sure that they hear you when you say gluten free! I ordered over the phone and got glutened. When I ordered in person they understood me fine. Just make sure they know you want your order gluten free.

Went today as part of a staff lunch. Menu is clearly marked and is viewable online to view in advance. Didn't get to try the egg or spring rolls since it was a company lunch but my meal was so good! I had the stir fry veggie plate with shrimp. I chose steamed rice and it came with soup. The soup just looked like broth but it too was tasty. Everything was so flavorful. I never clean my plate as I'm a small person, but it was so good that...I did!

They have a dedicated fryer, modified the level of spiciness to suit our tastes, and had unique dishes to choose from. Major win! Really noisy atmosphere, though.

Probably my fav restaurant in Knoxville!! The family that owns it is so nice and the menu has all sorts of options for amazing gf food. They have vegetarian options too, but personally I think their best dishes are meaty.

GF eggrolls - yes, please! They are so good! I've eaten here twice and not had any problems. The menu is clearly marked for GF items and is online! I've had the Chicken Laab (spicy) & the stir fry vegetables with chicken. Both dishes were really good!

While the food is excellent, one of our party has Celiac disease and got very sick after dinner. We alerted the server of his severe gluten allergy and they assured us that they use separate fryers and take precautions to ensure no cross-contamination. He had the rice noodle bowl, a spring roll as an appetizer and a Bubble Tea for dessert. We don't know which item made him sick. Although every item he ate was labeled gluten free, something clearly was not GF. I will give three stars because the wait staff seemed to understand the GF issue. There seems to be a cross-contamination problem, however.
