I was hopeful but confused based on mentions of the fryer in reviews here; luckily I had an awesome server who asked me about my allergy and ability to handle cross-contamination when I tried to order a gf burger and fries. While someone working the appetizer station at the bar tried to correct her and say “fries are gluten free!” (honestly I’m sure they were trying to be helpful and were just misinformed, not malicious) she shook her head at me kindly and repeated that the frier had other gluten items fried in it so fries and tortilla chips weren’t safe, and confirmed the burger could be made safely with her adding a warning to the order. Burger was delicious and I got a salad instead of fries - salad was tasty but you know, a salad. I don’t want to deter anyone from going here since I didn’t have issues - but hopefully this helps you make informed choices, and fingers crossed you’ll have the same amazing (also newly gluten free) waitress to be straight up and advocate for you!
