I’m not sure why the negative reviews. This has been a gem in the airport desert of GF options. Located near B4. I’ve had the burger with a lettuce wrap and the fries are safe, in a separate fryer. I’ve been here several times. I’m very sensitive and I’ve never gotten sick. They’ve always been nice to me. You do have to wait a bit during busy times and it’s sit down so don’t stop if you have a tight connection.

Had a layover here. Simply walked in to see if there was a seat at the bar…the waitress was nasty & shoved my suitcase..told me I couldn’t be there. We were delayed 2 hours & only came here cuz it had good reviews. Mean waitress…like really mean. I left crying & super upset. Was explaining this to my son in line, she yelled at me .k threatened to call security. Horrible experience

I dined here twice while on a layover in the Charlotte airport. The restaurant was accommodating and had a couple options once I asked about gluten-free. There are very few options in this airport for gluten-free eating.

Waitress knew about celiac and what was gluten free on the menu. The hey even flagged my meal with a large toothpick to make sure everything was safe and there was no cross contamination.

Stopped here based on previous reviews. Server confirmed the fryer was dedicated. I ordered fries and the Cobb no bacon, the menu said it was candied and the server didn’t know, he was very willing to go make sure and ask about things. The food was tasty and service was great.
They have separate fryer for fries so GF and they are good. I had a turkey, avocado sandwich without the bread. It was good but difficult to eat. Waitress was super nice and really knowledgeable. I have lived in CLT for 7 years and had no idea this Jewel was in the airport.

We had great service (Thanks Mary Ann). Fries and tots are in dedicated fryer. No celiac reaction. We had burger lettuce wrap with fries and salmon Cobb salad with tots. Would recommend getting the truffle oil on the side as it was a bit greasy.

Really good. Their fryer only has fries, tator tots and corn chips - so all gluten free there. I had a lettuce wrapped burger (so no bun) and a cider. All tasty. Staff seemed knowledgeable when I started asking about the fryer.

Doesn’t have a ton of gf options but the only thing going in the fryer are fries, corn chips, and tater tots. Staff was knowledgeable and able to alter things. Burgers with no bun should be safe. And could turn tacos into a salad with chips on side.
