I love tacos for life! Everything I have tried off their gf menu I have enjoyed. If you have a shellfish allergy though be cautious of any of the seafood options, they use a shared grill for all fish.

I've eaten their twice, and been very ill afterwards both times

I had two supposedly gluten free tacos here and even though the cashier marked it gluten free on the ticket, I had a horrible reaction. Left dinner early so i could go home and deal with it. Will not be going back purely because of the risk

I love this place. I am gluten and dairy free and they had lots of things to choose from. will be going back lots more
Separate GF menu and specified on order "allergy alert-gluten free" to make kitchen staff aware. Delicious too!

This was so good! The guacamole, queso and salsa were all tasty and fresh. I got the rice bowl and it was so flavorful and so filling I couldn't finish it all. So thankful for this app because I might not have stopped otherwise. I wish I had one closer to us in Virginia it would be a regular spot if we were closer. The concept of the restaurant just adds to the delicious food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great lunch.

I have really mixed feelings about this place. I love the premise and the decor and and I dream about the chips and queso. There are sooo many gluten free options - and I'll keep coming back just for dedicated-frier chips! But the tacos always seem to be a letdown, and my husband (non-celiac) has had stomach issues each time we go. I think it's the queso - so much grease, but so good.
Tacos are wonderful I have been here twice with no problems. They give a meal to kids in need for every meal sold. They also have salads. They are very careful and friendly. They change gloves if informed and don't fry in same oils .They also have dairy free and vegan options.

Loved this place! Not sure how safe it is for celiac, but my Southwest rice bowl with chicken and beans and lots of other yummy stuff was delicious and didn’t trigger my sensitivity. Yes, GF menu and other allergy menus, too. It’s a “Do Again!” for us!

What a disappointment our experience at Tacos 4 Life was today! My daughter and I (both Celiac) had high hopes based on the many 5 star reviews from other locations of this restaurant on FMGF, but we both left saying we never need to come back to this particular location. Perhaps we spoke to the wrong manager about our GF options? It seems like others were offered many alternatives and/or modifications for menu items. We were told we had three options- 2 salads and a rice bowl. We were told they couldn't make tacos GF and that chips are fried in the same fryer as everything else. And to top it all off our stomachs hurt within 10 minutes after eating. So disappointing.

Had the 3 taco menu option. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tested with my Nima and got a smiley face.
Had the chicken habanero, beef, and chicken tacos on steamed soft corn tortillas. Very tasty and the food came out fast.
The meal also came with chips and your choice of sauce. The chips are fried in a dedicated fryer.
