Only gluten free options are 2 salads
Their idea of a gluten free menu is two salads and staff who don't know what gluten free means. Skip this place if you have any concern for your health.

The staff knew about gluten but couldn’t be bothered to try and accommodate us. I would say we just got a poor waitress but the chef forgot a big part of our order, the cheese on the burger was American and the mashed potatoes were awful. If you click on the menu, it has a gluten free section where it lists only 2 salads even though they do have gluten free buns.
At airport
Clearly NOT celiac friendly. There were gluten containing items listed on their gluten free menu. While they were knowledgeable enough to alert me to this when I asked, having the item even making to their gf menu was frustrating. Also, server indicated fries which are on their gf menu are cooked in a fryer with gluten items.

Near G17 of MSP terminal 1. Take the moving sidewalk from C12 tram stop. GF options on menu and everything else can be modified to be GF (within reason). I had a GF burger lettuce wrap with a side salad. Best place so far that I've found in Terminal 1 of MSP. Definitely worth the walk. I suggest calling a server in lieu of using the Ipad to order. My server spoke directly to the cook about my allergy. I was sitting near the kitchen and cook changed gloves, etc.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made me a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun. The server went and spoke with the cook directly to make sure he used a clean pan. She suggested a substitute of side salad for the fries because they do not have a dedicated fryer.
Yes
Staff is great just make sure to speak with someone about your allergy and they will be very accommodating.
Staff pointed me to their very limited GF menu (romaine salad, steak, carrots, and fries that are not sure to be GF.) Maybe a more experienced waitstaff would have told me that I could at least add some chicken to the salad. Atmosphere is nice. Long walk to G18 location if your gate isn't nearby.
I had a great experience getting lunch here. When I spoke to the manager, it was clear that he 100% understood celiac. He told me that they always use clean pans when cooking. Said that they have a dedicated fryer, but that there can be splash over from the gluten fryer, so he doesn't recommend it for celiac (OK for gluten sensitive, or GF by choice because it's a tiny cross contamination). I had a chicken sandwich without the bun, and it was really delicious - better yet, I didn't get sick! It's good to have a yummy and safe option in the airport. Near gate G17.

Kudos to Owen (manager) and Brian at the bar (what a beautiful soul!). Thanks gentlemen for making sure my GF MEAL came out from the kitchen just perfect. If you are flying through MSP make sure you stop here for a bite to eat! Ask to be seated at Pod 5 - this place rocks!
Talk to the staff. They are great about hooking you up with gluten free. My daughter and I got gluten free grilled cheese. Was a great lunch before a long flight.
Not a lot of options but easy to order on the iPads in the terminal and salad was fine for a quick bite between flights.
