I used my Nima device on three different dishes that the manager stated was gluten free. The chicken Sayta, green curry and another dish of chicken Sayta. The first Chicken Sayta was gluten free. The other second (green curry) and third dish (Chicken Sayta) tested positive to contain gluten.

Pad Thai and their curries are gluten free. I've gotten take out and eaten at the restaurant a number of times now and never had any issues.

The only gluten free option here is their Pad Thai but it is some of the best Pad Thai I’ve had. I’ve had it multiple times and never had a reaction.
