The staff were very Knowledgeable. To the point of the Chef walking me through the line and naming everything that was GF. For things that sometimes/often have hidden gluten (like ribs) he went through the ingredients to ensure the sauce did not contain wheat. Even went over the sauces and dressings that can and can’t be eaten. Was very reassuring that he knew all the ingredients and exactly what was and wasn’t Gluten Free. Shows it’s not just a guess and the fact that he’s willing to walk through each item with you and answer any questions is comforting for someone so sensitive.
