Nothing is marked gluten free. You have to ask for the chef to walk you down the line and try to remember what is gluten free and what isn't. I was told the chicken tacos were gluten free, but they tested positive for gluten with my Nima (the only place I tried in Vegas based on recommendations in this app that failed the Nima test). I told the Chef and he listed the ingredients and said it should be gluten free. I asked about cross contamination and he looked confused and listed the ingredients again. I wouldn't consider this place celiac safe and more that gluten free means "no gluten ingredients." I felt much safer at Wicked Spoon as far as buffets go, but that's more expensive with a longer line. Just sticking to other restaurants recommended on this app is probably the best option if you are celiac as several of them have really amazing food (although check if reservations are needed).
