After reading reviews here I gave it a go and was so happy I did! I notified the host and they told me they’d get the chef for me. The chef came out and walked me from station to station telling me what was safe and what wasn’t. He even told me they had gf carrot and chocolate cakes (made in a small, dedicated gf bakery nearby) behind the salad bar, to just ask the attendants back there. I had both and they were amazing! Chef was just as knowledgeable if not more than myself about celiac disease. He even made me an entire loaf of gf French toast as a surprise and hand delivered it to me. Cannot recommend enough!
