The Burger's Priest

We stopped on a busy Saturday around lunch to grab something for takeout. We got the high priest burger with GF bun, poutine, and regular fries for the kids. I’m the only celiac but we all eat gluten free at home. I ate some poutine and it sat well. I wouldn’t have chanced it on the burger myself because I watched them handling and making everyone else’s burgers in the same area, without changing gloves. I was very clear that the whole order needed to be GF. No reaction for me from the poutine and I am very sensitive so that’s good.

New celiac - diagnosed 5 months ago - and this is my absolute favourite place to get take out! They are knowledgeable about celiac and take all precautions to ensure no cross contamination. They have gluten free buns that are to die for and I can actually eat the fries because they have a dedicated fryer 👏🏼 highly recommend!

Amazing! They have dedicated fryers! All sauces such as secret hamburger sauce, gravy and condiments all gluten free! The food was delicious and the cashier gave us a run down on what they do and their procedures. I even witness the prep cook change gloves. I would highly recommend this place to any celiac!

Counter people were very knowledgeable about celiac. Helped me choose between a lettuce wrap or bun, glad I went with GF bun and hat was toasted on the grill and held up with no crumbling! Dedicated fryer. Tastes great.

Oh my what an amazing lunch we had here. Gluten free burger and fries. I was totally in Heaven (ha ha) Definitely a place we’re Celiac’s can trust and enjoy a meal.

One of the more reliable Celiac friendly places. Always ask if the oil is GF today. Occasionally I will have a reaction at some of the locations, but less frequently than at other chains.

Delicious and fast with incredible service. I got the vegan burger, gluten free bun and fries. The bun was probably the best I’ve ever had and I am already daydreaming about going back.

Burgers Priest is such a good go to when you want to satisfy that burger craving! The bread can get a little soggy depending on what you order but the taste is always delicious.
