There are a few options marked as GF on the menu, but staff told me they cannot cook any of them without cross contamination as they share a fryer. I questioned the grilled chicken skewers as these state grilled not fried, but she said no. I asked in what way they will be contaminated, for example, do they prep the chicken on the same board as they cut bread and she said yes! So regardless of GF, they don’t seem to know how to run a kitchen!

It took around 10 mins for my server to confirm with the kitchen that the Rainbow Winter Bowl was indeed gluten free, it’s marked as “gluten friendly” on the menu. Service was general slow but ultimately I got my bowl which I’m fairly confident was safe. They also had gluten free bun options for burgers, I didn’t check if they had a dedicated fryer as I wasn’t feeling super confident after my server’s response on the question about rainbow bowl. Overall, I think I got away with it, approach with caution
