TDB is fantastic! They are not only certified gluten-free, they are free from the top nine allergies. It’s the first and only place I’ve found outside of New York City where it’s safe to eat if you have more than one allergy. Their food is delicious and their customer service is fantastic! They have an original location in Ashburn with even more options. I would highly recommend visiting.

One of the only spots on campus to get tasty food that’s certified gluten free with zero cross contamination. And they offer so many vegan options which is always great to see :) It’s a great place to stop by in between classes to grab a quick treat

The Difference Baker opened a second location, at GMU. It’s on campus, so you have to park in the visitor parking and it’s in the engineering building, which is a little random. But it’s dedicated GF, with DF options. The breakfast sandwich was really good, my gluten seating husband actually really liked it. The pizza was good, a bit of a thicker, more greasy crust—delicious, but small. Also tried a lemon cake that just had the best texture, so good. I brought a bagel home and toasted it later and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was empty around lunchtime on a Friday, I don’t think ppl know about it yet. But delicious, happy that there’s a gf bakery/dedicated place to grab a bite to eat in Fairfax! The hours aren’t great for working professionals, definitely more of a lunch spot for college students, but absolutely worth a trip. Next I need to try one of the donuts!
