The chef’s relatives are celiac and he came out with our food to assure it was all 100% gluten free! Really appreciated that reassurance. They have Gf options marked on the menu and had a lot of options for entrees. Just wish they had more options for apps/ desserts… over all great experience and very good meal.

super accommodating I our 3-year-old Celiac. Kids' menu clearly indicates what is gluten-friendly. French fries don't have a dedicated fryer, so they baked them for her! They were super attentive to her Celiac needs and double-checked all labels. Great dinner for everyone!!! Kids' menu also included free appetizer (veggies and dip and fruit) and dessert (ice cream), and they too were GF!

Amazing restaurant for anyone feeling extra sensitive about their gluten allergy. Steakhouse fare is already gluten friendly but The Keg makes it taste better than most and having a separate menu is very convenient, just like this location at Sherway Gardens.

Excellent service and appreciation of the needs of coeliacs. The manager came to our table to explain the precautions that would be taken when preparing food for my wife who is coeliac. She felt really confident that they knew what was needed. The steaks were excellent as well.

All the sides are gluten free. I had the Cesar, and the filet with a twice baked potato. Our waiter and the manager made me feel very safe. Reassured at multiple points during dinner that my food was gluten free. When delivered to the table, they’d say it was prepared separately. And the food was absolutely delicious. Get the twice baked potato.

We stopped in for dinner after a whale watching tour last weekend. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon and a wedge salad with ranch. Husband ordered a rib steak with a twice-baked potato. The salmon was cooked perfectly, though under seasoned, but the potatoes and Brussels sprouts that accompanied it were just right. Husband’s steak and potato were great, and the green beans, carrots, and mushrooms that accompanied those were also under seasoned but cooked well. No reaction afterward.

I was very specific with the server, who all but rolled his eyes when I said I had celiac disease. As a result, I was glutened. ever going back.
